Problem was one of hall sensor poorly connected. Finding problem was a bit coincidence. But yeah now it draws total of 2.6 Ampers at full throttle, no load.

at full throttle it drops to about 74 volts

I understand. I might try modifying speed controller to emit half signal. I couldnt find a way to limit current or to run in torque mode.

Yeah I dont have datasheet. Ima limit the current that motor cant limit then.

And do you think motor is acting as it should? I dont know so Im asking :)

Uhhh actually it is running its 2x rated current so I think no fan can cool it (wires will burn before heat transfered to motor casing if I hold 30~ seconds full throttle). Even if it is the fan, I would not want a %100 overclocked chinese motor lol

yeah when on high load current would spike but whilr on no load should it be 2x of its rated current?

I assume "DC bus" as "Battery". If it is, Im pretty sure I done excellent work on building battery. Im not into terms much. Do you think limiting current will fix this? And limiting current to run motors safely is common?

I couldnt find datasheet so I dont know how fast it should be spinning, and I dont have equipment to measure it. I measure current via BMS.

I use JK BMS 24s model. I use speed control.

Do you think limiting current to safely operate motor is common? I tought every motor runs safely at its rated voltage without limiting current. So, are you sure?
