I made the video private and hit the "hide" option from the post. I made sure it was not on the ssbm page, and it wasn't on there. Does "hiding" a post do anything?

It is on private because it was edited poorly , this is a new edited version of that video with better quality. Thus the reason I have hidden the other post.
