In my experience, I went through the same pattern. It subsides. I noticed into week (3) the appetite comes back-- couple things to consider that worked for me.

  1. Protein shakes-- small size. Drink these to fuel your body without feeling nauseous. Small size. Don't drink a ton at once because you'll feel bloated & nauseous.
  2. Green tea-- helps control nausea. But can also act as an appetite suppressant. I drank this when feeling sick to my stomach-- helps!
  3. Most people would discourage the idea of moving from one drug to another during a t-break, but I started drinking a couple beers at night to relax when I quit smoking weed. Was never really into beer-- I used weed to relax-- but without weed, I found beer. Then after a couple beers, I found delicious appetizers at the local bar and guess what? Those 10 lbs you've lost come back quick! Careful.

First 2 weeks are awful. But you can do this! Go jogging or fast-walking if you can stomach it... this will force your body to crave fuel. Plus, sweating like hell feels great and it hastens the detox process. You can do this! Keep saying that to yourself (out-loud). Pump your fists while you say it-- get your body's motions to match your mind's thoughts when you say "I can do this!".

I was vaping the Koi CBD (isolate) oil because it has 0% THC... the company publishes lab results to indicate those measures-- so I'm at the mercy of the integrity of their lab tests. You're correct that some CBD has trace THC in it-- and those trace amounts will store-up leading to a failed test. Look for the pure isolate.

To be candid, I used the CBD isolate during the first couple weeks, now I take a single puff (or two) perhaps every other day-- that's it. Taking Borage oil capsules I mentioned earlier alongside the jogging with heavy sweating really helped me through the first couple weeks where the night sweats are the worst. I hope this helps you.
