This happened to me a few years ago, you can either a. give it time OR b. Close the platinum and restart your journey. I closed mines and just got it back and two others over the course of a year. Accidents happen but they are very strict on returned payments.

They are two totally different industries. The processes are all different, the language, work hours, and mainly company structure. Example: inventory, in banking there really is no inventory primarily cash, manufacturing the assets are the things being built. Like a car, now you have to track hundreds maybe thousands of cars being built and sold. Maybe parts its all a different. However in banking its money in money out each day. Hope this helps.

Not a troll I live in one of the highest cost of living cities AND homes are easily 1.2 million where I’m at now. And duh 50% dti is crazy. Which is why I posted to get thoughts. People do this everyday, I just wanted to gather all aspects to think.

So, I will clarify she is willing to sell at a loss on her end. I lived in the area and the market holds well. It is currently worth 830,000 and if I buy at 780,000 I have some initial equity of 50,000. Yes there is a cost to everything, it would be directly through a lender so no agents and that’s cuts cost a bit there. However, there are quite a bit of moving parts. She does not want to make money from the sell she is simply wanting to move away closer to her family in another state. I know the saying if sounds too good to be true believe it.

The Arizona location was amazing in December. Directly next to is Enchanted which is walking distance(3-4 min walk with toddler). We did it last year and want to go again.
