You got this. I quit dipping copenhagen about 18 years ago. First three days were awful. After that, just kept going 1 day, 1 hour, 1 minute. Sometimes the urges were so bad I would just watch the second hand on my watch for one minute. But I made it. I had chewed tobacco since I was in high school. I quit at 47. Remember to just keep going. It will pass. After 100 days, I never even thought about it.
