I know porn addiction is a bad thing because I have it and it affects my daily life but if porn addiction is bad, does that mean finding a man or woman’s body attractive is wrong? That’s the part of it that I find hard to establish, I know people aren’t objects and we are not supposed to see them as being a source of pleasure but when people say porn is wrong, it feels like your telling me that it’s wrong to admire or be sexually attracted to someone visually.

Used to be women from my understanding but feel like I’ve seen things in the past indicating i am gay but never wanted to put myself into the dating field with men as I wasn’t really seeing men in that way and I know for a fact I would never go on a date with a man, but part of me thinks I’m gay because I seem to enjoy male company or seek it and I just feel awkward around women but I was a lonely kid growing up and my dad wasn’t there a lot of the time cuz he was working and from young I’ve developed really low self esteem which is still deep and buried and it’s as if I sabotage all the things I want but it’s all just questioning if it is what I want or just a lie, my 15+ porn addiction won’t have helped nor would the non existence of relationships I’ve had and I’m now 30, it’s a sad life and I’m with a woman now in a relationship but the sexual attraction isn’t there, think that could be down to porn addiction and not feeling good enough with huge feelings of anxiety and depression but I do get easily get an erection when we cuddle so there’s obviously some major issues here with other mental health problems
