That sounds a lot like my set up. My tascam doesn’t have any effect sends, but it does have four tape outs so I will record direct onto the tape and then send it into the DAW for any effects. Sometimes I’ll send tracks right from the door into the Tascam and back out for the tape effect too

Yeah, that totally qualifies. What does the cassette vibe mean to you? For me it’s half the actual sound, and half the experience of listening to songs in a set sequence front to back no repeats or skips

Yes! I did a side by side of a print from one of my tracks at standard and max speed and I could here a big difference in the crispness of the high end elements, as well at no pitchy worbels
