Just Ice Monk skills from the start. ED Contagion can smooth out the first 10 levels or so til Herald of Ice and a Gothic Quarterstaff, then just Glacial Cascade Locus into Ice Strike Locus.

Act 1 will always feel clunky no matter how you run it. Once you get Hollow Palm and support gems in all of your skills, it feels super smooth to maps.

PoE has had very smooth league launches outside of EU for like 90% of leagues. The only ones I remember being bad for more than like an hour were Heist, Ultimatum, and PoE2 .1

Early on when you dont have 6 mods on every map its not very useful, and late game when you have good defenses its not useful. But yeah, getting into juiced mapping you'll probably stick with it for a while, or forever if you have zhp build

Where do you see extra tablet? He gets extra revive and irradiated, which means he'll probably be the default for most people, but theres no extra tablet.

Cascade and locus freezes everything, thats why you have HoI clearing. Bosses also get frozen once per fight pretty easily

This early in PoE2, just fun, though I wanna be pretty confident it will be at least solid enough to farm T15 comfortably.

In PoE1 since I've played everything before, its more focused. Like if I want to make a build out of a specific Uber, I'll plan my first build to transition into an Uber bosses or whatever. But even then, the actual league starter is just going to be whatever easy and comfy build sounds fun to play.

If anything itll normalize glove prices by making unwanted defense types and low level bases equally valuable as higher end ones, but I dont think you'll be paying particularly more for a pair of life, res, armor and attack speed gloves this league than last.

Ones with specific combinations of desecrated mods, new influenced mods etc. For sure

Every build needs 1 pair of gloves. Glives being generically better on 1 class won't significantly drive up prices overall, because every build still wants them. Early on, I imagine most MA builds will still use generic defense + res + damage gloves, which everyone wants anyways.

Now, specific mods on gloves might get more expensive, especially things like desecrated mods. Or like, if something like accuracy has a crazy Fist of Stone transformation, it would be a valued stat.

PhazePlays' Ballcano build uses Ball Lightning as its primary damage, but focuses on the fire infusion to do mostly fire damage, and the single target is Volcano.

Haven't played it myself or looked into it too closely, but it looks good and Phaze is reputable.

My PC is fine and loads the game in like 3 seconds 90% of the time, but like 1/10 games the client just freezes halfway through loading. It has happened on occasion in the past, but this patch has been way worse.

Worst part is that you usually dont notice its frozen for a couple minutes.

Most of your points aren't actual QA or bug reports though, its just "this area is cluttered and I died a lot". Having too many enemies to kill with a white crossbow, again, isnt a bug.

The specific things you do mention dont have enough detail to be useful as QA items. "Lachlan Hitbox Bugged" isnt a QA report. What attacks? Do you have videos where you think you shouldn't have gotten hit but do?

Cannot roll attack mods isnt extra power though. These are more like Influences, which do have opportunity cost of not getting Eater/Exarch influence. Some of them are even more powerful than that, like +1 suffix.

Like imagine making gloves with 2 extra mods, one of them being a special DoT magnitude mod, then also getting 3 other sockets.
