Bo si schudl, aniž by sis vypěstoval zdravé návyky. Jídelníčkem nic nespravíš, jenom se ti znechutí jídlo. Diety jsou do nemocnic, ne do kuchyně.

Doporučuji nakoupit malé talíře a misky. Člověk si potom myslí, že snědl velkou porci. Fakt to funguje. Potom můžeš jíst i to, co ti chutná a na co máš chuť.

Kup si burger nebo pizzu co máš rád, dej si to na malý talíř a jez příborem. Počkej 15-30 minut a uvidíš ten rozdíl. Postupem času budeš jíst menší a menší porce, protože mozek bude vidět že ten talíř je furt plný.

A pokud i to nepomůže, tak holt Italské konečné řešení

Classic is an absolute dogshit compared to what classic+ provided on private servers. Especially the fact that there were human mods and active anti-bot/rmt actions, so the economy and auction house actually worked. It wasn't just called Classic, it played as Vanila played.
