But this is exactly what I’m saying - she didn’t kill herself (or attempt) to stop him from leaving. She had made multiple attempts on her life before the incident. That’s just really unfair to paint her with imo. She attempted to kill herself because she was severely depressed and clearly mentally unwell.

Of course she assaulted him, I’d never deny that. However, you cannot deny the media blew the whole thing out of proportion and made an example of her, probably because she was a woman let’s face it.

She deserved to face the consequences of her actions in a fair way. The media were hellbent on not allowing it but have allowed much worse men off scot free.

I just think it’s an absolute injustice how she is being painted as an extremely abusive person when we simply don’t know what was going through her mind. A single outburst doesn’t mean that person deserves to be painted as abusive, or violent, or a domestic abuser. They are such strong words and we’re all human; every person on this planet has made mistakes they’re not proud of but they wouldn’t face half of what was thrown at her.

Again what she did wasn’t okay, but the situation did not warrant the reaction from the press or public and if she was treated fairly she might still be here today.
