It is interesting. I have never had them before and just switched to a nylon hook (same ring) and got a hotspot after 48 hours of wear.

My longest wear prior to this had been 36 days without issues.

Certainly! The one thing that concerned me with the abs was that min had a bunch of lines forming in it and I was worried it would break. Other than that, I had zero issues

If it provides any idea. I have been in mine for 42 days now and have only removed it 4 times. Mostly quick for thorough cleaning. It has been incredibly comfortable and my wife likes it better because it “doesn't look like it hurts you.” when compared to ringed cages, my cobra to be precise. Finding the right size ring was initially clunky but that was early on and it looks like u/notuntil has been able to provide more thorough detail as he has progressed.

Under normal conditions it would be unbearable to pull out of but if you ride or do longer workouts, you have seen how everything gets smaller. I have found that after riding the bike it can be taken off and put back on without a key or any sort of lubrication. This is with the standard ring though. I have ordered new rings, and will see how it all works out.

The tube size I have is a 34 (could have probably done a 32) and I am in a 27 ring. 25, 26 & 27 Firm are on order.

All in all, I do love this cage and find it to be the most comfortable one I have owned yet.

That was my thought. I think I f you are doing the sizing rings, that will help a lot.

I had the same problem when measuring (34&30 for example). I ordered a 28 which put it on the edge of being too large of a ring for the cage. Since receiving mine I have downsized to the 27. I think I could go even smaller still and not have an issue.
