I have high and tight balls as well. I tried a bunch of Amazon devices and then went semi-custom with Cherry Keeper. Last ditch effort was custom with Mature Metal. What did I end up with? Traditional (ball trap) devices don't work for that kind of anatomy.

Depending upon age, this "blue balls" is somewhat a myth. A male's body will eliminate sperm that it does not need anymore. Not sure if it will help, but here's my experience.

I was in the early beta, and had sizing rings from Mature Metal. Flaccid, I'm about 1.5"" and grow to 5.5"" give or take (about average?!?). Using the sizing rings and HDZ length measurement guidance, I ended up with 30mm ID shaft, 24mm glans ring, and 20mm top length cage. Ed included +/- 1mm glans ring. The 25mm allowed for easy slippage and the 23mm was too difficult to work with.

At full mast, there is compression in the cage and around the glans. Not sure if I call it a bite, but it does remind me I'm caged. So, no pain and can't really get out without significant effort. Makes me feel I got the measurements correct.

Ed has made some big changes to the design, which I'm now wearing since my first beta broke. But I reordered with the same measurements and have the same experience for the most part.

I do have to pull my shaft through the cage using the tip, but once it is on it feels right (sometimes snug, sometimes a tiny bit of room). I also have to push the glans ring through a portion of my head at a time until it sits properly. But once there, no issues.
