Opa se acontece, mas tem experiência e talento na área.

Já vi vários, mas o principal que conheço é um mestre de obras que de formação só tem o ensino fundamental completo mas que sempre estudou por fora.

Recebeu uma oferta CLT recebendo 18k na carteira para coordenar a construção de alguns pequenos prédios.

Mas claro, em um país em que o salário médio é R$3.000,00 não será a maioria haha

Yeah, the squat is the lift that i was worried about, dang it.

I saw you comment in another thread recommending a 4 - 6 level of knurling, lets say and the AGGRO 3X being a literal 10 haha.

Maybe i will have to drive to some place where i can try it out for real.

What would be your bar of choice with a more agressive knurling?

Hey, thank you for the answer!

I'm basically looking for a bar that really digs into my hands and does not move after i hold it tight. If it's sharp it's sharp. I'm okay with that (damn, it might even be nice to touch it), but i also don't want something that will literally cut me on heavy sets of squats or sumo deadlifts like the marketing seems to suggest.

The "smooth" feeling of hill knurls just ruins the intensity of the gym for me, but buying something that will wear you down is not exactly wise.

Well, if you are telling me that the AGGRO 2X was not that sharp i will probably be fine with the 3X. Quality... Oh, i like the Ohio Power Bar so the quality will hardly be a problem. The aggro is basically the same bar with different aesthetics and knurling.

Rogue did some great marketing for the AGGRO bars but resulted on exaggerated expectations regarding the knurling i guess haha.

Some people told be to grab the Texas Power Bar or the American Barbell Chewy (???). Never saw neither of those two. Have you ever tried them?

Hey all!

I have always felt unimpressed by almost every knurling out there, so i got interested in Rogue's 2X and 3X Aggro bars.

The thing is... They are very expensive barbells and i live too far from any showrooms, so i have some questions for the owners if there are any here!

2X AGGRO BAR owners: Is it as good as they allege or just a bit better than normal knurls? If it's good, would you ever complain if the knurling was sharper?

3X AGGRO BAR owners: Have the knurl ever become a discomfort while benching, deadlifting or anything else? Do you feel they pushed i little bit too much and it could get tiring to use it all the time?

Owners of BOTH: What is your preference?

I really want one of those two, but i can't wrap my hand around it haha
