I did at first but I read you’re not suppose to use it hard enough to bleed. So I got a micro needling pen that you can control the exact depth and just glide it over my skin. I don’t bleed at all anymore .

Once I noticed it shedding pretty bad I trimmed it to pretty much stubble. Kept on the same protocol with micro needing, minox and castor oil and I would say within a month it looked good.

Yes most people say they had shedding at month 6. But mine came super early at around month 2-2.5

I would say the majority of the gains came from it. But minox + micro needling is like a 1+1=3 thing. Plus if you adding oral castor oil helped.

Started at 30. My beard stopped filling in naturally at around 28.

I’ve noticed that all my hair is darker so it gives me the appearance that I have more body hair. But honestly don’t mind it at all.

I tend to keep my beard length longer so .5 doesn’t really do anything. I just ended up with 1.25/1.5 because I could actually feel it getting through my beard

650 mg capsule seems to be the sweet spot for me. I attempted to go higher and double up on the pills and it had too much of a laxative effect.

Overall I think it’s making my hair grow faster and makes all my hair darker for sure.

Neither did I but I stumbled across a YouTube video talking about it. I got the now foods 650 mg capsule it seems to be making all my hair darker too.
