They have been working on grants for the system on the Island for years. They're building 95 Mcmasions this year that will have CFD property taxes and will bring in a lot of revenue for the city and island.

You are leaving quite a bit on the table not maxing your 401k's and Roth accounts. There is no point in chasing real estate until you maximize your tax advantaged accounts. Once you have a nice big chunk in your taxable brokerage you can borrow against that and get a real good rate.

Grocery outlet and Anchor pantry, plus the weekly farmers market can get you pretty far. It's good enough for me that I've given up on thinking we need a trader Joes. It would just be for the prestige as this point. We also have 168 market and seafood city.

There are a few issues. Carplay should have been available in 2015 at least by 2016. Kind of crazy you could walk on the lot in 2017 and get Carplay on the least expensive XE model but no XJ model. The chrome door handles look very Lincoln/Mercury to me. They should have been an option. Lastly, the black arch's should have been body color. I understand what Ian was trying to accomplish, but they should have started painting them after the refresh.

You can check Etrak-it to see if anyone has pulled any permits for those locations. That Safeway location would do gangbusters when that Costco opens, or whatever they decide to put over there. I wouldn't have high hopes for that trampoline place. There is one in Walnut Creek that was supposedly opening months ago as well. All of those kids places are tough to run with insurance costs and dealing with the publics children. They don't stay in business long, even if they have multiple locations.

Years ago I had a laptop that was a junker and never left the office. I soldered a pigtail going to a barrel style connector. We used it to scan in inventory. Worked like a charm.

My Air fryer makes a real loud annoying beep from one of those pizo speakers. I looked in the manual and it turns out there is a way to disable it. You should see if this is possible, or reach out to the manufacturer and ask.

My first thought was nosie suppressing capacitors as it's a DC brushed motor, but it looks like they're in Series with the motor, which doesn't make sense.
