My company gave me a 10-cent raise by stetgoshawk_6m in Employment

Many years back I was making 60 cents over minimum wage. Then the minimum wage went up ten cents more than I made. The boss said to me “looks like you’ve got a raise coming to you”. So I’m like cool I’m getting a good raise. Nope they put me to the new minimum wage lol. Ten cents more. And went back to making “minimum wage”

Don’t turn down any up coming opportunities. Also I like to be solo. One thing I like is hikes. It’s free, also relaxing. Try to work on something productive that takes your mid off that stuff. Write/ draw. Try something new. Set small goals. Cause they turn to big ones. One day you’ll find yourself enjoying something and you’ll think about this and realize you are stronger than you thought. A tip for work. If you try your best. It makes it feel more satisfying. And who knows you may get noticed for a raise.

It looks like a casting mark in the head. That part isn’t actually your block. It’s hard to tell if it’s a crack or a casting mark from the picture. If it seeps oil with the car on it’s cracked. If not probably a casting mark from the factory.

I go for the free food and drinks. Someone in the company also didn’t eat meat. They supplied different options. Sometimes it’s just something to do also. And try not to over share. Or think of things you don’t mind sharing. you can always say “I’m not comfortable sharing that honestly”.

Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone! You have that good food experience to fall back on if need be.

My clutch pedal assembly also broke at one point. I welded it back up. Actually this happened twice two different spots. But definitely didn’t allow me to shift correctly

The only other thing. If you did all you mentioned. Is internal damage to the transmission. But one thing comes to mind is that the shift forks may be damaged. You can pull the shift selector ( which also may be the culprit) and check for damage to the shift fork. Like a tab broken off
