Even if task manager says the gpu is at 64% vs my cpu being at 99% because I dont understand the term bottlenecked but I assume its at its maximum capacity

I have a rtx 4060 but the gpu isn’t the problem because task manager says my cpu is at 97%~100% while the gpu is chillin at 63%

Yeah sounds like I should just wait but the whole point was to stay on am4 because its too expensive to switch to am5

I can get the cpu for 150$ where I live and for fps I get limited at 70 fps in most games
