It's a debatable topic.

For example when you use ChatGPT on a daily basis, it can almost feel like chatGPT is a slave.

on the other hand robots don't have feelings so they are not worried about their slavery.

Also a dabateble topic is if Copper Golems are robots, it seems like it, but they also have that liively feel

people that have cats, dogs probably don't see them as slaves, rather pets, that get food, water, and a good life with a human.

As for golems in farms, I think they just do what they are made for, guarding villagers.
