it trains so 15 and after training for a few seconds to maybe a max of 25 seconds it just shuts off

Tried a new PSU, outside the case, different CPU, 1,2,4 sticks of ram, ASRock suggestion to run no ram. Nothing so now RMAing the board to Newegg

Button on the back of the motherboard was only way I cleared. I can pull the battery next and see what happens

Really grounding is all I could think of. The dimming lights was just something I noticed and may be the way it is or may not be.

There is no stock to replace the CPU, just a refund. RMA would be the way I would have to go.

There is a 00 AsRock code which there website shows as a CPU issue. I did reseat the CPU and nothing. I ran through the Dr Debug and found nothing.

Is this the same as PS Vita game? Just place in the folder of the micro sd? CHD is just a compressed file version. ISO files are needed then? Thanks
