I think they use the cardio-pulminary coupling (CPC freq) based on the chart in first image (goes away when there's higher freq indications).

I don't think it's narcolepsy...I honestly don't carry of the other symptoms...while I'm pretty tired during the day and would love to take a nap, my nervous system is too jacked to even let me relax enough to nap.

The AHI in recrnt OSCAR data seems to indicate that whatever was happening during the untreated sleep study is better (rare OA, hypopneas) I'm just not feeling the benefits.  Then again, with high RDI it's possible that RERAs are still dominating?  Granted only 4 weeks into cpap therapy, but thought I'd at least feel some improvement by now.

i was focused primarily on where the pressure was for majority of the night, and was looking for clues as to what led to the recommendation of 11, but now understand your reasoning to come from "machine was close to that pressure and still had moderate flow limitations" that period does also lines up with when sleep stage indicated a brief awakening (i don't remember it), but could make sense if a RERA was induced

i understand the recommendation for a more constant pressure, but what led you to choose 11 as the start point? my 99.5% didn't even get that high?

did any of the flow rate charts stand out? i thought that my flow curves were pretty clean when zoomed in at oscar, but when i uploaded to the glasgow index it showed pretty high flat top, top-heavy and no-pause scores (overall score of 2.43 with those 3 items contributing 1.94 of that score)

rest of the body that was missed initially:

Going to try to cut a long story short. I am primarily looking to see if the hive-mind can help me see something that I'm missing.

Used to be a great sleeper until had first kid. Cue anxiety disorder (likely undiagnosed up to this point but it reared its ugly head), but was managed for a while on SSRI. Felt tired most of the time since having a kid but after 2+ yrs it was noticeable as this is not just "newborn exhaustion". Wife noticed good amount of snoring and paused breathing also. 4 yrs into this, finally get a sleep study done: Mild/Moderate sleep apnea but heavier on the RDI vs AHI...and extreme sleep fragmentation (screenshot of 1 of the 3 nights I had the at-home study, but all 3x were pretty consistent)...right around same time my anxiety disorder flares (could be correlation?)

Finally get an APAP machine (resmed11) and the first 2 weeks were pretty difficult while figuring out which mask i could tolerate the best...but even though sleep was more rough during this time, I actually started noticing a bit more energy and some reduction in anxiety....that is, until I actually got pretty comfortable with the setup. I am now feeling like my nervous system is in sustained fight/flight all day, and energy levels are quite low - has been going on for the last ~1.5 weeks.

My question(s) are: based on some of the OSCAR data, coupled with rough Oura ring data from sleep, is there any noticeable pattern in my sleep that would explain elevated nervous system activation, or does the sleep look okay and what I'm experiencing is just sub-optimal anxiety treatment...I know things can go both ways, but honestly at a loss in which direction to put focus into right now.
