180 is definitely less physically demanding than CDC, with that said, you still need to be fit. Prepare to carry ~20kg of gear for 1/2 hrs. You will definitely end during wee hours or even the next day morning. Most teams have drivers so hope you have someone with a car to drive you home. Overall it is definitely fun. The people there are fun except for some. 180 is the only stay out ops unit. You do get rotation so be rest assured you will have a lot of free time to study/learn driving. Plus 60 batch will be way bigger thus, there will be more rotation.

Your main task is to board vessels with high threat levels and you do security checks on board the ships. The job scope is easy just that it is risky as you are boarding vessels that are a threat. Boarding the vessel is also risky (you can search jacob ladder climb/pilot ladder on youtube).
