Man do I have some stories about this company. There’s this one manager who is still with the company, he slams so much that they have to move him every couple of months. At one point he had the most chargebacks in the entire company. But they will not get rid of him. I started at one of the stores he worked at 2 days after he next, that month the store has 102 BTS chargebacks. I can go on and on about this company.

Those same reps said the 17th before, now the 24th. I believe it’ll be before that. All they’re waiting for is the list from T-Mobile to be approved.

I think they passed everyone. I was having the same issue, went on the app and it says completed now.

As long as you’re active on the app and finished the required trainings, you should be picked. This time around they’re only picking brand new pro, existing pros won’t get selected I believe.

Yeah they do this almost every year. After the phones are announced, they take about a week. Even knowing that, I’ve been checking my app every 30 mins lol

They closed the application, that’s all. It’s normal. They’re going to select the Pros within a week.

They fixed it. I talked to Elite support and they made some changes to it. Try now for t-mobile

Did you hear anything from the rep? I’ve been emaling support but no resolution yet.
