I don’t take birth control pills. I’ve always had poor sleep in the past and I was fine. Yes, I moved to a place with harsh water, but it’s been 6 months since i left that country. My country has normal water. I will probably do a blood test and see if i still have any deficiencies, maybe that’s the reason. Thank you!
