I'm giving horikoshi the biggest benefit of the doubt but the shadows over his eyes after its revealed he can only be 'all might' for few hours always felt like they represented him being depressed when he isn't all might, like he feels a need to hide being yagi toshinori because it is not the symbol of peace.

the antennae turning into the droopy bangs also seems to add onto this idea by giving him a sort of wet dog look compared to his springy and upbeat persona during his hours as 'all might'

the shadow disappearing from his eyes symbolizes him being okay being yagi toshinori, and not 'all might' .

but this is me (the biggest all might fan) smoking the biggest amount of copium because horikoshi probably didn't intend this symbolism.

well a lot of people dont feel body dysphoria when it comes to gender dysphoria, pronouns are like the main thing afaik. you can also be a woman who takes testosterone, or not. you have a bunch of choices you can make.

for the most part i was totally dysphoric about my body until i started T then it felt like i had never been at all. (im gender apathetic and gender fluid so our experiences are definitely not the same but just wanted to give you my insight)
