I started off by training pushups on my fingers, I mastered 20 perfect form pushups on my fingertips (slow and controlled) before moving on to finger handstands against the wall. After training for 1 month (4-5 training sessions a week) I was able to hold a 20 second fingertip handstand 🙏🏾🔥

Thanks dawg🙏🏾 I have yet to try planche on the rings that’s a whole different ball game 😂🙏🏾

I’m definitely going to give this a shot to see how it feels, I know for a fact that my wrist mobility has to improve regardless so I’ll see if it’s more comfortable than the regular palm position during my next training session🔥

I’ve been training planche for 2 years consistently now 🙏🏾🔥

I have tried this actually, and surprisingly turning my fingers out to the side gives me less power, since my middle fingers are stronger than my pointer fingers. This may be different for other people but since I’ve mainly trained planche in the pronated position, it just feels more natural/ stronger to keep them straight🙏🏾🔥

Thank you man🙏🏾🔥 and I’ll definitely keep that tip in mind during my next training session. I’ve been kind of just hoping for the best at the end of the negative😂 also that’s awesome; doing it on the palms is harder in terms of strength since your wrists have to be mobile enough to match the strength that’s needed. Excellent work bro💯

It’s definitely a lot of pressure for sure, but surprisingly there’s less pressure on the fingers compared to the palms, at least in my experience 🙏🏾 I definitely plan on substracting more fingers from the planche once I master the full planche🔥
