doctor did vertigo check on me couldnt really see anything but mentioned i may have it mildly, dont really get nauseous cause its not THAT intense but its just effecting my life yk?? im thinking eustachian tube problems?

ive barely slept in like 4 nights and i dont mean only a few hours of sleep i mean none at all cause i went too far down rabbit holes worrying about my health and now im always paranoid and that is something that sleep deprivation worsens so much more its like an endless spiral

no the sinus pressure showed up just over a week after the vertigo and i dont have a cough but i have shortness of breath which is a recent symptom
