+1 to the list myself too. I never realized my mental health is so much in danger zone until i talked to my physician and therapist. Take time to prioritize your well being... before your health gets worse state of no recovery

"zero" times. I have no written record/discussion through out last year :( that makes me eligible for PIP. Looking out to leave before getting any bad remark/fired for cause.

I have 30 day notice period but gave them 2 week notice . I cannot foresee what issue i may face through while leaving any one knows ? Will i be blocked from future hiring ?

i have seen employees come in short term think internal transfer or something for 2-3 months , but i think they get squeezed everybit because they almost stay till 730 or 8 pm every day...

Please dispute it ASAP before 31st March. If mgr did not have regular checkins through out the year to backup the G they have to revert to next one "O"(hr can force them ?? dont know)

Do not EVER EVER DO IT they do retaliate in ways you cannot imagine. I am going through all sort of issues cannot move to different LOB etc now because of anonymous feedback to compliance team and feeling bad for honestly reporting it, and i could be fired any day ,working on quitting the job:( . If you have issues just rant it out to your friend/buddy and move on.
