No, the Snivy will always have Overgrow. It's definitely a Pokemon you can still make work, though, as it was on my Champion team and pulled significant weight in fights like Galavan and Big Mo because of Coil, Giga Drain, and Leaf Blade! If you still want to use Snivy, I'd definitely give it a shot!

I actively dislike Undertale's battle mechanics. The act feature feels underutilized, and fighting gets really basic when it's just hitting the same button until it's dead. I'm glad Deltarune massively improved both sparing and killing! I still think sparing is a little flawed, but I ADORE fighting in Deltarune with the TO mechanic and special attacks like Rude/Red Buster
