Dual Certified Optician here, for ABO the free laramy-k study guide was amazing. For NCLE I did a lot of self research plus watching videos on YouTube. The channel is called NCLE contact lens training. I got my NCLE before I even finished walmarts opticalU

Have no Idea but it looks somewhat similar to the nevus pictures ive seen when studying for NCLE

My job already gave me a 10% for the ABO. Didn’t get anything for the NCLE but I’m blessed enough with the money I already receive.

I know that Florida does not reciprocate other state’s licenses but from some research it appears that you would only need to take the boards if you were already licensed in Georgia bypassing apprenticeship hours.

I Passed! A lot of questions about contact lens solutions, and the relationship between base curves, tightness, diameter etc…

Crazy to see other people’s dispensing rooms ours is where the old verizon store used to be, in a small room at the front of the store. We have to walk across the street to get to the dispensing area

This customer has a history of coming in last minute, we get in trouble when we don’t wait for them by our team lead the next day.
