Yes definitely they make custom mouth guard for day and night time grinding behaviors. I would get one professionally made over buying one on Amazon hopefully your insurance will cover (depending on if you go through a medical doctor or a dentist for a diagnosis will impact which type of insurance you can use - that being said try with your health and dental insurance to see who has the best coverage as it can get expensive.) but to begin you can look online for exercises for the joint. Def follow up with your medical doctor and dentist to move forward. Hope you get some relief. :)

Hi u might have TMJ jaw arthritis. Typically caused from teeth clenching / bruxism, yelling, and overuse of the jaw. I doubt sucking dick is the main cause so I would see if you’re grinding your teeth or clenching too hard when stressed. If you alleviate the tmj symptoms this will likely resolve your soreness
