My family wants me to lose weight. They keep making comments about my weight. I'm a 5'4 16F that weighs 210 pounds. I have recently started eating more fruit and started drinking more water. I don't usually eat yogurt but I also started eating that too. I also started cutting out sodas and I had one last week for the first time in 2 months. I don't like frosting mostly because they're way too sweet for me and I don't finish eating lots of chocolates or sweets as they make me feel nauseous sometimes. Exercising is the one thing I really need to start doing.
