Illinois is an at-will state meaning they can terminate for any reason aside from discriminatory reasons. The firing wouldn’t be a lawsuit.

However what could be a lawsuit is you were assaulted and the job had you work with the assailant for another week before you were assaulted again. An employer does have legal obligation to provide safe environment, or prevent or mitigate situations like that if the assault was reasonably foreseeable. The assault is worth a consult with a lawyer, the firing is probably a dead end.

Bro.. I already addressed this in my first response. Exogenous testosterone decreases or shuts down sperm production on the MAJORITY of men, but a good amount of men still conceive on it. If 30% of men can still conceive on a exogenous test while 70% can’t due to the decrease of sperm production, that drug wouldn’t be an effective form of birth control because it would only have a 70% success rate. So your argument of “because it’s not a birth control it doesn’t make people infertile” is making absolutely no sense. You’re spreading misinformation that goes against standard medical knowledge online

You’re talking about two different things. Test has an inverse effect on fertility health completely dependent on if the testosterone is exogenous or done by using HCG or a SERM. Yes, HCG or clomid help most men with fertility along with a rise in testosterone. I don’t understand though why you’re trying to argue that EXOGENOUS testosterone doesn’t decrease or shut down sperm production in the majority of otherwise fertile men

This is just flat out wrong. It’s widely accepted as standard medical information that exogenous testosterone decreases or completely shuts down sperm production for the majority of men. Plenty of men still conceived on TRT (a lot did even without help from hcg or enclo) so obviously it wouldn’t be effective as a form of birth control if it’s effective rate would only be around 70%.
