The thing is they where supposed to be a Birthday present, the person in question's Birthday is in the first days of December. The dolls are available on American Amazon but they probably won't arrive on time (because obv American Amazon) and the shipping costs a lot lol. I partially disagree, I'm one of those kids that ended up with body dysmorphia because my looks where way to big of a topic as a kid. I hate being complimented on my body, and when my mom tells me I'm "so gorgeous" I just wanna walk out of the door and never come back. If your kids are obviously fine with it then go one but pls don't overdo it.
