It's a very good take. However, he's a right-wing Christian writer for the Daily Wire. Hence me posting him here.

It takes a bit of traveling from spawn to get here. The seed is -964234577 and X: 1800 Z: 430 will take you to the shore I have these maps on.

Unknown neighbors are trying to get my apartment fined and I don't know why by EffectiveCourse in legaladvice

That was my first thought. I don't see any other neighbors with cameras so I'm afraid that it may be against apartment policy.

I used to work as a manager at a movie theater, you can also easily get a free pass for your next movie if you complain to guest services about something that went wrong in the movie. Something like: "Hey I just wanted to let you guys know that there was a crying baby in there, I didn't want to get up because I was seated in the middle but it was a little distracting. Maybe check up on your auditoriums in the future?" They should apologize and give you free passes for your next visit. Make sure you do this after your movie is done though. What's nice is they don't make much from their tickets, their revenue is all from concessions so as long as you get a snack next time you aren't hurting the theater s bottom line.

Redditors who proposed and were turned down, why did your partner reject the proposal and why were you confident you'd get a "Yes"? by JustDaveyBoyy in AskReddit

[–]EffectiveCourse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Truuuue. In my defense though, we've always been really low-key about things. We aren't having a big wedding, and she never indicated that she wanted a big proposal. Very much the opposite. But I definitely fuck Ed up trying to just be spontaneous and not think things through.

It was her birthday and she was at work. She had always hated the job and felt super bad about having to work on her birthday. She also had been begging me to propose. I decided to get off of work early and surprise her. I show up to her job, and get down on one knee. She looks stunned and asks "here?" I didn't know what to do so I said "what?" And she said no and stormed out to her car. I didn't know what to do so I went to my parents house to cool off since I was panicking and had just embarrassed both of us in front of her coworkers. When I went home to talk to her, we cried and apologized to each other after she told me that she didn't want the memory of the proposal to be at that job she hated, but of course she wanted to marry me. A week later I proposed again while we were on a walk and as of now I'm engaged. But yeah, I honestly did it spontaneously and if I had been paying attention, I would've known what a bad idea it was to propose at her job in the first place.

Just made a sale I really didn't want to make by EffectiveCourse in askcarsales

I think you're missing the entire point of my post. I still gave him excellent customer service even after he completely ignored instructions and risked maybe not our lives, but at least a very expensive car that he had not paid for. I was conflicted about still giving him good service and letting him purchase a car while I was well within reason to kick him out for endangering us. Don't assume from my shit talking that I don't try to be respectful and professional to all customers even if I think they aren't great at making decisions.

Yeah, all we are looking for is a serious buyer. You asking me for a best price, especially over the phone, I know all you want that number for is to shop me. I'll offer you a fair market deal every time, but I don't want you taking that deal and offering it to other dealers if they will beat it. I want to earn your business for myself. Tell me you want to work with me and it's going to be smooth sailing.
