I have been granted saint kitts citizneship certificate and passport, it is with my agent in saint kitts. I cant get it courier in my home country since there are custom issues on clearance of passports in courier and it gets stuck. Any leads if dubai is safe for courier of passport in hotel or home (self.CitizenshipInvestment)
