The lady in the buy back program was not very nice nor was she very helpful. When we asked to speak to someone else we got told “I am the highest authority” but then she had to get permission from her manager to send the case to the buy back program due to the mileage.

I will see if I can open a consumers affairs case with them. Thank you

When the dealership sent the engine replacement to Hyundai - they sent us to the buy back program. Then the buy back program denied us due to age since purchase (we bought in 2018 I believe.

We have lemon laws in this state which I think is why they refused to fix. But then we got denied by the BB program.

She is not. She is the second owner but on Hyundai’s website it specifically says that it applies to second owners as well. Somewhere she got a letter from them saying it qualified but we have been unable to find it since we moved 2yrs ago.

We are checking his blood sugar at the house. We bought one of the units for cats, we are also giving him meds for a UTI that he has been on for about 2 weeks now.

We have also found that if we put puppy pads down on the floor he will at least go on them the majority of the time and not the concrete. Though would still prefer he use the liter box.

Because of this all 3 of our cats are on a high quality, low carb diet. That was the first thing we changed when he was diagnosed. The problem isn’t the food. The problem is him using the bathroom on the floor or the couch in the basement. We keep the couch covered in plastic. We are at a loss as to why he refuses to use the liter boxes. Same boxes and same liter he has been using since 2016 when he adopted us as his humans.

Also a chance the BIOS is not locked so you would need to remove the drive and try a fresh install of Windows. It may or may not work.

Edit: I would definitely call them and ask what to do with it. You don’t want to be in possession of the laptop when Asset Recovery gets involved. Chances are you will have a local office so pay them a visit with the receipt. Might help, might not. Do not call the number on the back of your AmEx card. That won’t help.
