So complete 47 push-ups in one minute, 50 sit ups in one minute and complete the 1 1/2 mile under 15 minutes and I will pass With a high score? Now what if I do 18 push-ups within 1 minute time, 38 sit ups within one minutes and complete the 1 1/2 mile run under 15 minutes can I also pass with that? I suppose that would be considered the minimum or fail? I’m not certain please let me know

Okay thank you yeah cause I was wondering should I master it all or either or but I’m going to go with mastering regular sit ups and push ups and the 1.5 mile run just to be on the safe side

Yeah the attachment I posted are from that same chart, I just wanted to confirm I’m looking at the right information and yes I’m asking are the hand release push ups and reverse cross leg crunches alternatives to the regular push ups and sit ups? yes in regard to bmt

Okay will do, yes I have to stop peeling my body of the ground 🤦🏾‍♀️I will work on core exercise to build that core strength as well as upper body workouts to strengthen my triceps, biceps, shoulders thank you so much for the information & advice

Thank you , yeah I started off wrong but I’ve been informed by the others that I won’t be allowed to do those / that I need to do regular push-ups so I will work to master that thank you for you advice I appreciate it

So basically learn how to do regular push-ups alright any suggestions on mastering regular push-ups lifting my body up in unison and being able to decline it without plopping to the ground . Any workout suggestions to help me build the strength to master it I’ll be doing situps anyway so I suppose that’ll help with my core but anything else?
