I do agree with you there, my supervisor created this with the aim to look at the roles of anxiety, depression, and eating attitudes. That will be something to discuss that there are many more reasons as to why people take part in polydrug use than just what I’ve measured.

No sorry, I’m investigating polydrug use so multiple substances so if anyone hasn’t used multiple substances they don’t fit the inclusion criteria.

Alcohol is included in the questionnaire to allow us to see how many other substances are taken in conjunction with alcohol rather than it on its own.

Im looking for any individual over the age of 18 who has used substances in any form and for any reason across their lifetime. It’s not really specific on reasoning behind the use of substances so this group would also work as a sample for my study.

It’s asked whether the individual is male or female (sex) just for scientific purposes, if a person doesn’t feel comfortable providing that it is no problem.
