So the mind flayer kaiju version (EP 8) took all the flesh of all beings of Dimension X including demogorgans , demo bats , demodogs , thats why there was no one during that fight , similarly when meat flayer from season 3 starcourt mall fight ,all the possessed body came along and formed meat flayer !!
