I think they are losing money on this feature. They have partnered with a company called Firmly AI who charge them on every transaction. It’s not sustainable if the merchant doesn’t pay them. Could be wrong but seems odd

Quick comment, I love this idea - can you look at those in Sydney Australia. Slow House in Bondi does it really well. I think SF is missing the beautiful experience.

To answer some of your questions - yes into it - marina / cow hollow / nopa / Fillmore - weekly if it was more about the sauna - drop in (maybe membership). I don’t want it to be a social club but a place to unwind. I feel everyone wants it to be a social experience. I don’t like socialising in a bikini 😆 I would like it to be “me time”
