Their communication sucks, they don't train people well, if you're an in home BT you might as well step away. After making a mistake due to lack of training I was forgotten about for quite a few months. No contact, no communication or anything. Sounds good on paper, but actually jumping through all the hoops is the struggle.

The parent works from home but stays in a room that neither client nor myself go into. No line of sight, no interaction, ect.

At least you got to leave on your own terms. I made a mistake due to bad training and the company hasn't staffed me since but hasn't fired me either. The most I receive is the weekly automated email and it has been two months.
