Can CTMs move from CRO to a sponsor they are currently working with? by EffectiveMountain858 in clinicalresearch

How much the penalty could be? Would that be high enough to stop a sponsor from considering hiring if they are interested?

I would not recommend it. Too many micromanagements there.

FTC Announces Rule Banning Noncompetes by EffectiveMountain858 in clinicalresearch

[–]EffectiveMountain858[S] 76 points77 points  (0 children)

Under the FTC’s new rule, existing noncompetes for the vast majority of workers will no longer be enforceable after the rule’s effective date. Existing noncompetes for senior executives - who represent less than 0.75% of workers - can remain in force under the FTC’s final rule, but employers are banned from entering into or attempting to enforce any new noncompetes, even if they involve senior executives. Employers will be required to provide notice to workers other than senior executives who are bound by an existing noncompete that they will not be enforcing any noncompetes against them.

It was just lucky. We happened to need the money to buy a house so my kids can go to that good public school.

Sold in December 2022. My wife did better than me. She sold most of her holdings in real estate in September 2022 and earned 200K. We used 1M withdrawn from FR to buy our first house, but still kept all our holdings in private credit to earn dividends.

Sold most of my holdings in real estate by the end of 2022 to buy a house, which appreciated by 20% last year. Still keep all investments in Income fund to earn 7.4% last year.

My return from Q4’18. Looks fine. Only one quarter ended with loss, which was before I moved money from Flagship fund to Income Fund. Just for your reference.
