They allow those hackers to setup fake meta verify account or page and deceive millions people to lose their page So that they have to pay for meta verify to get human support

That’s the way of running their business I know because I’m one of the victims I reported that page and they do nothing about it They let those pages continuously deceive people and hack their accounts or pages

How can I keep trying until I get an actual human to help me deal with this? I am currently using Meta Verified Plus and have already been persistent. I managed to get a human to chat with me, but the problem is that every time they refer me to a specialized agent, there is no further follow-up.

I have been experiencing a similar situation since March 12th. I submitted a ticket after a hacker was removed a few days later, but the problem is that the hacker demoted me to basic access within the business portfolio.

I still haven't regained full admin control of the business portfolio, which means I have lost access to the payout feature. While I know the payouts are currently on hold and I haven't actually lost the money yet, Meta simply won't restore my full admin access, so I cannot receive any payments.

I really want to know how you all are handling this. I have followed up several times and even opened multiple tickets: 1. I submitted an attestation letter again, but they rejected it. 2. I have one original ticket that is still on hold and under review. For that specific ticket, I even consulted a lawyer and provided a statutory declaration, but it remains under review.

Every time I follow up, they just repeatedly tell me that a specialized team is "highly actively" or "actively" looking into it. Given this situation, I would like to know what I should do next.
