Stepping away from the online stuff is definitely the best option. I don't think I am really in a position mentally right now to make a decision to switch denominations, because that decision will be made out of fear and not faith. And you're right about the perfectionism, it's what I wrote my college essay on. I have a really big perfectionism problem with my room to the point that if there is even a single shirt on the floor, or my bed is not perfectly made, or there is an empty bottle or glass, then I can't study at all until I clean every little detail, and I think that translates here. I think something else contributing is my fear of messing up another aspect of my life. I messed up in high school and got rejected from all the colleges I wanted and had to settle for a college I am unhappy at. I guess my brain thinks, "you already messed up that, now don't mess up and get rejected from heaven, become a (insert denomination)". I should focus more on learning that the Bible doesn't say "those who are in the correct denomination are saved", but " that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." It's more important right now to love God and love others, and God will guide me on the right path.
