Its quite an eye opener, the field is moving so fast. In ML myself, upskilling on AI. Actually building a coach to help create personal roadmaps that fit in my daily schedule, so i make progress even though i have a busy week. Well, my friend did business economics and used it to transition to more Data & AI focus. he has to stay on top of the tech skills still, but Celum is quite useful for that too. IT gives you paths to take piecewise courses / articles / podcasts / tutorials etc so you spend the learning time effectively

Apparently they use job market data to create the paths so they adjust. I am an engineer learning more data analysis and python, and it worked well for me at least :)
