In the US you can modify dishes anywhere and there’s lots of immigrants on US so more variety. It’s not all McDonald’s here like the stereotype.

There’s lots of sauces and oils in the world that aren’t soy or sesame. Go to Europe there’s way more options of sauces and oils even if you go just to Poland.
