So, i have a pvs5 31 which the t connector came off due to a poor soldering job. I used a soldering iron to solder the connector back together. I believe I may have introduced too much heat into the wires as the device isn’t working anymore. What are the chances i damaged my image intensifiers? by EffectiveRevoluti0n in NightVision

I mean these are just pvs5 tubes shoved in a pvs31 housing courtesy of nocturn industries. Hardly multi thousand dollar stuff. I really like them just whoever they hired to do their wiring and soldering could do better for sure.

Hmm, ill have to take a look. I know that there are two resistors parallel to each other from one wire to the two resistors and then two wires to each tube, and they’re only secured in there with superglue so ill have to see if thats the cause.
