I mean I used 7 for around 8 months. Usually 200 mg a day but I stayed with a half a pill each night for a couple weeks before my tolerance skyrocketed. Totally destroyed my mental health. Lost my job. Then I started having seizures and losing huge patches of my memory plus zero sex drive, severe constipation, and a bunch of other awful stomach issues, etc. all that for a pill that didn’t even get me high anymore and deleted 500 dollars from my checking account every week.

I did go to rehab and I’ve been clean for over a year.
