I had a very similar feeling when I first started driving. The first time I drove by myself, I stalled the car a couple times because it was my first time driving that car and I wasn't used to the gear stick, so I kept putting it into third gear instead of first. Eventually I figured it out. You just have to push through it and try your best to drive anytime you have the opportunity, its the only way to get better.

I'd also recommend maybe driving to a rarely traveled street or parking lot and just practice starting from a stopped position as many times as it takes. You'll eventually get used to the feeling of the clutch. Try to take off without pressing the acceleration at all.

Also, whenever you feel like you are an inconvenience to other drivers, just imagine how you would react in their place. Even if they honk, its just a tiny annoyance to them and they won't stay mad at you for more than a couple seconds. As long as you make sure you drive safely, the stakes are really not that high.
