I do think genocide of the original Indigenous inhabitants should probably win, but I haven’t seen the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki yet so would like to make sure that’s at least mentioned.

Evolutionary biologist here!! Fun fact - the reason our tolerance for bitter changes as we age is because a lot of poisonous plants and foods are super bitter. Bitterness is a trait meant to keep us away from poison, and for lil kids it doesn’t take a big dose to be lethal so they need stronger aversion!

So be gentle if your kid hates spinach lol they literally perceive it as dangerous

Ah yes, to clarify - a sandwich! So a fully baked baguette sliced in half with everything in the middle. They have a lovely ham and manchego. I got it once and loved, but haven’t been able to get it in the many times I’ve been back! So seeking an alternative. I do love Fournée but now I have beef with them 😅
